Register windows xp after 30 days

It doesn't just set itself up like all the newer OS's today? As mentioned before, I have run the "rundll So I am unable to establish any network connection to activate windows properly. I am asking if there is a way to "reset the 3 times I can run that command" in safemode with command prompt, or if theres a way to completely get rid of the activation altogether in safemode with command prompt.

The next thing I will be looking at is seeing if I can install XP on a different machine and somehow pull the software from the old drive with its license, and make sure the new XP machine is licensed properly. Let me know if this does help. Do you have a backup of this system?
